This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean team delivering big results, with an ambition to define a new approach to brand marketing: first for Uswitch, and subsequently across RVU’s portfolio brands. This is an action-orientated role offering lots of responsibility and exposure across the business.
You will be helping to grow the role of brand marketing within the business: managing the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns with partner agencies and senior stakeholders across the business, including product, design, content, PR and marketing; testing new channels to reach audiences and drive volume; setting clear KPIs for all activity, and implementing the necessary means to measure performance, before reporting back to the wider business,.
The role reports into the Head of Brand Marketing, and will be the day-to-day point of contact for our agency partners and colleagues.
Understand our customers, leading delivery of user, market and competitor research to understand trends and apply learnings to our strategy and new initiatives
Brief, plan and manage delivery of through-the-line campaigns, working with external media and creative agencies
Communicate key information, coordinate activity and foster collaboration between internal stakeholders
Measure, track and report on the effectiveness of brand marketing activity
What we’d love to see in you:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, such as marketing, product marketing, media strategy or a comparable function.
Ideally, experience working in a medium-sized business - especially if an aggregator business or digital marketplace - delivering significant ATL campaigns.
Good understanding of media planning and buying.
Enthusiasm for analysing data to inform marketing strategy.
Not afraid to take on responsibility and own projects from a standing start.
Humility and ambition in equal measure: this role will stretch from day-to-day admin (invoices and meeting organisation) to defending strategic decisions directly to the CEO.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with teams across the business to identify, prioritise, realise opportunities and drive measurable results.
