Contract Summary

IMG Licensing are searching for someone with a rare mix of strategic, creative and brand sensitivity attributes, with the capability to juggle a large and diverse workflow whilst adapting to a dynamic and ever-changing project mix. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, the Brand Marketing Manager will help drive with marketing and brand activation for the IMG owned brand, American Freshman along with taking full responsibility to deliver sales support to the wider Global Licensing Division.
Key Accountabilities
  • You will be responsible for managing best in class creative support on some of the major multi-million-dollar accounts that are help within the divisions portfolio, which means partnering with the lead stakeholders around the world to build a comprehensive brand experience and supporting local marketing strategies that will help increase client revenues.
  • You will have expertise in a wide range of brand applications, which you will draw upon to ensure that we are laser focused on the needs of our clients and key stakeholders and that we deliver a compelling brand story to satisfy key requirements from local teams.
  • You will be a self-starter with an exceptional resume focussed on delivering compelling digital campaigns, outstanding project management skills, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • You will enjoy working closely with multiple geographies and functions within IMG Licensing, and with our most important licensing partners.
Brand Marketing:
  • Working with both client managers and clients in order to aid the development of the brand and identify opportunities for brand licencing. 
  • Assisting in development of strategy for licensing programs
  • Working across the adobe creative suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Design and creation of new sales materials such as sales decks, brand positioning decks and style guides used for business development.
  • Briefing and overseeing the creating of product concepts for sales materials
​Consumer / Brand Research:
  • Work with the global Insights division to distil large volumes of consumer research and feedback into tangible and actionable insight that the key business stakeholders can utilise in bringing on new clients or helping to develop existing client’s brand activation.
Corporate Website:
  • Managing the back-end Umbraco CMS to keep the website up to date
  • Liaising with company president to discuss quality of life improvements to the site and technological upgrades to then be brief the development team and oversee implementation
  • Oversee the development and quality of the site through liaison with external contractors. 
  • Managing SEO and web traffic strategy and reporting this to the company
​Credentials Platform:
  • Managing the curation of our company credentials using an online platform to ensure that our international team have easy access to an up to date library of case studies.
​Team Management:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day projects of marketing executives to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a highest possible standard
​Endeavor Cross-Divisional Networking:
  • Establishing strong relationships across the global Endeavor network (Marketing, Corporate Comms, PR, Events, Talent Relations, Social Media, Events, Partnerships, etc.) to help the development and strength of all consumer marketing programs and materials. 
Required Qualifications
  • Experience within a sports, lifestyle or entertainment brand or agency
  • Digital experience: A strong interest and knowledge of Social Media, website operation and other online activity
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Experienced user of Apple creative presentation packages (Keynote)
  • Experience user of Adobe creative suites (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Strong creativity: Ideas generation, design and laser sharp eye for detail
  • Strong team worker and an excellent self-starter
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong, confident approach with the ability to articulate to senior members of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and take own initiative
  • A keen eye for detail and high expectation on quality of delivery
  • Building presentations to a high standard using both Keynote and PowerPoint platforms
  • Strong understanding, knowledge and proven experience of Adobe creative suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience in using both PC and Mac operating systems
  • Good experience and knowledge of Excel and budget control
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent position is based in Central London
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional travel/weekend work may be required
