Responsibilities
TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and manage client relationships with brands and advertisers
  • Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
  • Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales

Product Management
  • Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Analyze data and glean insights to inform and execute the client strategy
  • Serve as an external product consultant

Campaign Planning and Management
  • Oversee and help to facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage internal account operations, e.g. customer account set up, supplier information etc
  • Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business and objectives

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
  • Experience in ad sales marketing and development, or a related sales support function
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working within the Tech vertical desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
