As a Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for driving activity and generating new leads working closely with the Account Executives. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and be responsible for all aspects of demand generation working with Marketing, Product and Sales. This role will focus primarily on FTSE 350 and Fortune 500 companies as well as other companies above 5000 employees in UK, Europe and North America. This role is integral to the sales process and the aim is to continuously deliver and delight our customers with the best service. You’ll also be supported with content to help connect and educate prospects.
Your main responsibility is to generate new leads to build out the team’s sales pipeline to ensure we hit our targets.
You will have specific KPIs focused on your outbound activity – calls, emails, meetings booked.
New innovative ideas to help drive demand for Seenit in the market.
Help to develop and refine our outreach strategy.
Identify opportunities for Seenit to build new relationships.
Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to key contacts within Communications, Marketing and HR/Talent roles.
Qualify leads for AE’s to build early-stage pipeline.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Seenit platform.
Collaborate and work with others in the sales and customer success team to learn best practice.
Support the commercial team to develop and refine sales collateral.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and quotas.
Work closely with Marketing and attend events and conferences representing Seenit (virtual and in person when back)
Present customers’ requirements, marketing knowledge and industry best practice effectively to the team
Be a team player and an advocate for the work we do
Demonstrate and manage the highest standards with our customers to ensure our position as the market leader
Understand how our customers want to work with Seenit and what makes them successful
6-12 months in a Business Development Rep role at a SaaS technology company
Experience working in a dynamic team culture
Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies
Experience using a CRM system (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce)
You have some experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects & deadlines
Passionate about what Seenit is trying to achieve
You’re enthusiastic and a creative problem-solver with proven ability to focus on business results
You are a hands on team player that can work easily with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Customer Success and Sales
You have a track record of achieving outbound targets
