Founded by Laura Dixon, who stands for true honest sourcing, socially aware enterprise, & simple yet high quality products.
Three By One® was born in May 2015 & really began to take its current form in September 2018.
We notice an increasing demand for our products & we see opportunities to grow.
At the moment, our products are sold at a few shops in Belgium & the UK, we have an online webshop, & we normally attend various markets & events throughout the year.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to help us on our path to growth.
Organic coconut products - all sourced from small ethical farmers & producers in Sri Lanka. All products are premium quality, packaged at source, & have organic certification in both Sri Lanka & Belgium.
Organic ayurvedic spices.
Coconut shell & coir products - made with the leftover shells & coir. We aim for zero waste production.
Handmade soaps - made by a female entrepreneur, using our signature coconut oil as the base ingredient.
Soft accessories - made in collaboration with a social enterprise in Sri Lanka. All hand made & hand dyed using natural dyes.
We are not a 'normal' brand. We want the best for people & for the planet.
We aim to support small local producers to showcase their products & enhance their lives, & this results in
premium quality products.
We are looking for a sales & marketing intern to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating brand & product awareness, generating leads, & retaining customers.
The main purpose of this role is to assist in driving and increasing sales.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a challenging, meaningful project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research & monitor the market, generate list of potential new customers
Provide input on customer presentations, & sales literature, manage our brand catalogue
Introduce the brand & products to potential new customers
Help develop new client relationships & retain & communicate with existing accounts
Evaluate website & e-commerce opportunities & drive to increase online sales
Learn and apply sales techniques
Maintain sales records
Brainstorm marketing, advertising & PR opportunities
Contribute ideas to enhance the website to improve user experience
Contribute ideas to enhance wholesale stockist experience
Plan & execute marketing campaigns
Assist in the creation of written, video, & image content for marketing channels
Assist in website SEO management
Organising & planning demos & pop up tasting event
English & Flemish speaking (French a bonus)
Enthusiastic & energetic, confident, self motivated with a flexible mindset
Interested in health/wellness/food/natural products
Passion for sustainability & ethical sourcing
Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Creative problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Comfortable with multitasking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
