Our Team: Spirit Improvement We are building a new team focused on fixing the business problems that matter most to our colleagues, providing exposure to a wide variety of projects across every area of the business.
As an Improvement Specialist you will identify and lead initiatives that will have a great impact on our customers and colleagues. Engagement focused, you will have exceptional communication and influencing skills bringing teams with you on the journey and leaving behind skills in the functions to continue improving.
With us you will:
  • Work across Vodafone Business functions to identify opportunities to improve employee and customer experiences, identify analysis needs, resulting in process improvements at both strategic and tactical level
  • Use a workshop focused approach to engage business teams in identifying and delivering rapid improvements
  • Help to define and prioritise the delivery roadmap for improvement opportunities to be deployed ensuring transparent communication throughout
  • Manage the end to end delivery of improvement projects from inception to implementation
  • Ongoing development of the process improvement skillset across Vodafone Business
Apply if you have:
  • Experience in delivery of impactful improvement on the back of solid improvement methodology
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engagement & communication across multiple levels and business functions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to drive actions
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
  • Experience in using Design Thinking
  • Experience of working in/across various Vodafone Business functions
