Condé Nast Britain’s CNX are seeking a highly motivated Project Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced team working with some of the world’s foremost iconic brands and take your first steps into a career in media. As a Project Executive, you will be working with desirable commercial clients on print and web-based campaigns. This is an entry level role, and for the right candidate the start of a great career in media with the world’s leading publisher.
The chosen candidate will have a good understanding of the media landscape, a solid knowledge of our brands and advertisers. In order to be successful in applying for this Project Executive role you must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for working in publishing, initiative, problem solving capabilities, the ability to learn quickly and a desire to be successful.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management of Condé Nast’s supplement, print and digital advertising
Management of project lifecycle using various project development methodologies and tools
Delivery of native content and bespoke items with supporting media
Managing multiple projects concurrently, these will be of varying size, some with a large number of internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for final delivery of all deliverables in a campaign
Working with other departments within the company that may have a stake in delivery of projects
Detailed financial management, in particular setting budgets and forecasts and maintaining concise P&Ls
High level of communication, interpersonal and presentation, including writing accurate and concise reports.
Learn and hone all of the skills required in order to become a Project Manager
Essential Skills & Requirements
Possess a sound understanding our Condé Nast brands and the media landscape
Learn quickly on the job and be capable of processing large volumes of information
Gain a strong understanding of native advertising, and the production process in both print and digital
Learn to analyse all aspects of performance (social media etc.)
Manage several projects at the same time and of various sizes
Manage projects utilising resources from other functional departments
Manage financial budgets (including project budgeting, monitoring financials etc).
Develop a high level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills including experience of writing accurate and concise reports.
Meticulous eye for detail
Develop outstanding client and stakeholder management
Learn to work on various business systems, including but not limited to: CMS, analytics suites, project management software, business management software, creative software
Learn use of SEO – e.g. keywords, meta data, link equity
Learn to use Google Analytics / reporting on digital campaigns
