This exciting new role will require the successful candidate to act as a general support to the Marketing department, assisting with Marketing and Digital Marketing content, seasonal shoots and events and general administrative duties.  Responsibilities:

  • To work alongside the Digital team, assisting in the day to day build and testing of marketing emails. 
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing messaging.
  •  Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure brand messages are communicated consistently across all Marketing and Digital channels. 
  • Keep up to date with competitor’s marketing activities and research new ideas for creative content across marketing channels.
  • Work with Marketing and Production to coordinate samples for seasonal shoots, liaising with Press, Ecommerce and the Nottingham Studio team where relevant. 
  • Assist the Producer and Creative Director with shoot organisation and admin and any relevant correspondence.
  • Support the Marketing team with projects for key seasonal campaigns, content optimisation and international expansion.
  • General administrative support such as processing Marketing, PR & Production invoices and expenses.

Essential Experience and Skills Required: 

  • Educated to degree level with a minimum 2.1 in Marketing or a Business subject, or equivalent qualifications or related practical attainment.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to operate both a Mac and PC.
  • Previous experience working in Marketing within a Fashion or Distribution company. 
  • Credible experience of working with a creative team in asset development.
  • Experience of a variety of administration duties in a busy office environment.
