Role Overview
Amplifi, the supply-side management platform of dentsu international is currently in a period of rapid transformation. A communications professional is required to manage the transformation process both internally and externally and to continue to drive engagement with multiple stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and drive the strategic narrative for Amplifi globally, and execute change communications for transformation programs
  • Promote dentsu’s market leading supply-side management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders via a multi-channel approach
  • Lead on global positioning, branding, PR, thought leadership and external communication efforts, including website admin/digital marketing for agencies in the Amplifi family: Posterscope, The Story Lab and Amnet
  • Develop global best practices and communication strategies for Amplifi in all markets and work with them to ensure consistent roll-out
  • Create and lead campaigns to build employee education, pride, engagement and adoption of Amplifi products and initiatives across the dentsu international network
  • Develop an employee engagement strategy which ensures smooth integration and onboarding of new teams and employees and drives the dentsu culture with all of our people
  • Drive strategy and cadence for employee all-hands, staff meetings, executive meetings and other internal events
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communications campaigns
  • Write and evaluate critical, often complex communications and develop messaging frameworks to support media and PR campaigns
  • Coordinate and actively collaborate with the dentsu international and dentsu Media Global marketing and communications teams
  • Content and site management across global sharepoint collaboration and resource platforms
  • Work closely with the Media Global Communications Director on communications activity on behalf of the service line
Professional Skills
  • 6+ years of experience developing successful internal and change communications programs at a global organization
  • PR, branding and digital marketing experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Stellar written and verbal communications skills and ability to interpret complex information
  • Strong strategic skills for building frameworks and assisting executives in developing programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage senior executive teams
  • Ability to build consensus at all levels
