Amplifi, the supply-side management platform of dentsu international is currently in a period of rapid transformation. A communications professional is required to manage the transformation process both internally and externally and to continue to drive engagement with multiple stakeholders.
Develop and drive the strategic narrative for Amplifi globally, and execute change communications for transformation programs
Promote dentsu’s market leading supply-side management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders via a multi-channel approach
Lead on global positioning, branding, PR, thought leadership and external communication efforts, including website admin/digital marketing for agencies in the Amplifi family: Posterscope, The Story Lab and Amnet
Develop global best practices and communication strategies for Amplifi in all markets and work with them to ensure consistent roll-out
Create and lead campaigns to build employee education, pride, engagement and adoption of Amplifi products and initiatives across the dentsu international network
Develop an employee engagement strategy which ensures smooth integration and onboarding of new teams and employees and drives the dentsu culture with all of our people
Drive strategy and cadence for employee all-hands, staff meetings, executive meetings and other internal events
Measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communications campaigns
Write and evaluate critical, often complex communications and develop messaging frameworks to support media and PR campaigns
Coordinate and actively collaborate with the dentsu international and dentsu Media Global marketing and communications teams
Content and site management across global sharepoint collaboration and resource platforms
Work closely with the Media Global Communications Director on communications activity on behalf of the service line
