ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Community Manager will write, develop and deploy social content, helping to support campaigns and social calendars and create reactive/proactive content. As well as driving content in line with the brands and create engaging, bold and exciting ways to keep the community engaged and relevant

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You will work closely with the OLIVER team and be joining the brand new team based in Reading

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
  • Managing a Social Media community
  • Ensuring best practice (Digital Mandatories)
  • Identify and drive creative opportunities
  • Liaise with customer service team on support issues
  • Post content onto social platforms (Facebook, IG, YouTube)
  • Help to shape content calendar
  • Monitor & Respond to all consumer messages + Report AEs
  • Own the CH email mailbox: reply to consumer enquiries. Forward Medical & technical enquiries
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
  • 1-3 years’ experience managing brand communities
  • Demonstrated examples of social copywriting & engagement
  • Excellent copywriter
  • Organised and proactive
  • Culturally attuned
  • Social metrics aware & social content savvy
  • On the pulse of platform innovations and their applications to brands
