We are seeking an enthusiastic Creator Manager to develop exciting programs and events for our creator community, while also managing creators in our partner program. You will be responsible for building programs to support our top creator community, both proactive and reactive onboarding efforts and advising them on content strategy to help grow their presence on the platform.
This role requires a passion for popular culture, artistic creativity and technology. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is excited working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop unique creator events at key moments throughout the year that inspire our creator community and uplift our brand;
  • Develop and deliver initiatives and programs that engage our creator community;
  • Identify, on-board and partner manage trending creators on the platform;
  • Oversee a portfolio of creators, providing support including communication of content best practices and ways to succeed on TikTok;
  • Optimise posting consistency and ensure the long-term retention of creators;
  • Establish, manage, analyze, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends around creator performance into strategic insights that drive account growth;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop, build and execute content programs with creators;
  • Contribute to new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale the community;
  • Regularly communicate data-driven creator insights to leadership and interface regularly with other XFN teams to ensure consistency across the company teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 3+ years experience in delivering creator/brand events and influencer account management
  • Native-speaker level English is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships network of content creators, with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence top creators towards partnership
  • Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media and popular culture
  • Digital media industry expertise, with an understanding of digital video and social platforms
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
  • Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
