Hogarth’s end to end production company offering incorporates a team of specialist producers that are dedicated to delivering creative excellence across both film and content. We offer end to end post which includes edit, audio, animation and grade. We can work on any briefs from any clients from case studies, pitch, mood and sizzle films all the way to broadcast TV commercials.
Role of the Content Creative Director at Hogarth?
This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading beauty and wellbeing brands as part of a team dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company, combining creativity with production to produce beautiful, impactful content. The role allows for hands-on involvement across the entire production lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, making it ideal for someone passionate about storytelling and visual communication.
The Content Creative Director provides creative and craft leadership on all brands that deliver work through the Hogarth Content Studio to ensure that the work produced is of the highest standard, in line with brand guidelines, and the ambition of the client. The person we are looking for will have a background as a ‘maker’ - a Photographer, DOP, Director or Art Director who has practical experience and an enthusiastic interest in these areas, as well as innovative production approaches including CGI, AI & Virtual Production.
This role is focussed on beauty, wellbeing and luxury, and we create everything from organic social content to TV. The Content Creative Director will enjoy solving creative challenges in the content production space. They will work with brands to elevate the work within the parameters of the content setup and stay ahead of trends and what best-in-class looks like in category.
They will work with clients to ensure that briefs are clear, and that the expectation of the briefs are aligned to the time we have and the associated budget. And they will work closely with the wider production teams to execute the work and oversee studio outputs. They will partner with brands to help them understand what great looks like, and how we achieve that. They will be a partner to clients and production teams, with an overall focus on continuously elevating the work and striving to produce the best work. What does a Content Creative Director do at Hogarth?
Generate enthusiasm and inspiration by being a strong, supportive and decisive leader; able to convey the vision for other team members.
Develop innovative ideas and storyboards tailored to client needs.
Present concepts to clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind creative approaches.
Manage and incorporate client feedback effectively.
Help develop and present detailed Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) documents to align on deliverables before shooting.
Attend all PPM meetings.
Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, videographers, and producers to ensure craft is pushed on all project executions.
Adapt quickly during shoots to address challenges and capture necessary content efficiently.
Work alongside talent and influencers, creating a comfortable environment to achieve optimal results.
Maintain a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
Maintain awareness of important trends in advertising/marketing and be passionate about the beauty sector.
Actively contribute to problem-solving and resourceful decision-making, both internally and externally.
Build strong relationships with clients by consistently exceeding expectations and fostering satisfaction.

Deep understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.
Extensive experience in Photography & Retouch with a good understanding and knowledge of process.
