The Role
The Content Manager is accountable for the planning and execution of all on site content; ensuring brands campaigns, activity, ecommerce promotions and site messaging are launched on time and to schedule by working with the regional brand teams and the wider ecommerce functions.
This role will require in depth experience of managing cross-functional teams and Content production management, leadership skills and technical understanding of agile processes and responsible for ensuring all content and consumer journeys are optimised for user experience delivering the best experience across mobile, table and desktop.
Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, your responsibilities are to manage and supervise Content planning, development and production, manage localisation in 50+ countries and content rollout for the EMEA UGG, HOKA & TEVA websites whilst delivering intuitive, best-in-class content for the best online experience.

Your Impact
  • Working in partnership with Trade and Marketing and Design to drive strong customer experience; improving the customer journey and being a passionate customer ambassador whilst working towards our KPI goals.
  • Working with business owners to create content strategy and content calendars with a clear understanding of content governance, creation, measurement and technical requirements.
  • Oversee, supervise and sign off categories, landing pages and promotions contents with Content Producers as requested by other teams within the ecommerce team and wider business.
  • Expert in-house for the Demandware & CMS platform for all websites ensuring accurate, high-quality content and presentation at all times.
  • Accountable for Content Team to manage the trading calendar with ecommerce content plans.
  • To raise the importance of good mobile content and adoption of best practice within the business.
  • Fully understands all brand guidelines and principles and ensures all activity adheres to these standards
  • Review and support team weekly, monthly, and other trade reports using Google Analytics, Content Square.
  • Execute plans created with the brand and product teams reflect a consistent message and launched on time
  • Hold regular meetings with the EMEA team members to ensure everyone is up to date on brand activity and aware of actions for them specifically.

Who You Are:
  • Strong leadership skills to lead projects, engage, motivate and develop the teams.
  • Experience to demonstrate knowledge of what drives online conversions.
  • Strong understanding of web principles and practices and new technologies.
  • Experience working effectively in complex global organisations, satisfying the needs of diverse teams and stakeholders, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • A good understanding of online marketing, specifically SEO optimization and best web practices.

We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Experienced Content Manager with exposure to ecommerce in content production management in agile, multi-disciplined environment in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in project managing multiple product campaigns across multiple brands, in multiple countries and languages.
  • Proven capability in managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members and delivering feedback
  • A 'can-do' attitude to resolve issues and risks as well as to focus on delivery and quality to agreed timescales
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Is approachable and interpersonal, both with team members as well as other teams.
