We are looking for a mid-weight copywriter who is agile and able to deliver anything from a big campaign idea to film scripts, digital content, point of sale/OOH headlines/body copy, print ads, social captions, and everything in between.
This is an exciting opportunity within the Spring creative department where you will be formulating and articulating campaign concepts in conjunction with art directors and designers.
As an experienced copywriter you’ll understand the power of landing the right tone of voice for your clients, and what sets their language apart from their competitors. You will know when less is more and when more is more and how to say something new in an overcrowded space.
You will understand how the creative space is evolving, and the ability to translate this into meaningful creative work that connects with different audiences, is a must.
Experience across a wide sector of brand and being able to zoom out and see how to create disruptive work to a high taste level that feels fresh in any category.
You will execute your ideas through copy and creating narratives for print and moving image campaigns as well as digital activity.
Comfortable with sharing work and being able to sell your work to both clients and your colleagues, and to have real belief in what you’re selling.
You must have impeccable written skills, be able to work well under pressure, be highly motivated, well organized and have an eye for detail.
You will be agile and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once. The key aspect of the role is in executing content strategies for clients, preparing and taking ownership of a wide range of documentation, proposals and reports.
You will be responsible for maintaining overall tone of voice for our clients. Including but not limited to copywriting for press ads, websites, social media, film scripts, social marketing scripts, in-store point of sale.
Your skills need to be broad as you will draw upon your knowledge of the latest social and digital trends. You will be used to coming up with ideas for campaigns that include press ads, film, online content, social video, experiential, in-store, and occasional branding and packaging.

You are a quick problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You can demonstrate knowledge of the beauty industry including peers and their work.
You can work across multiple brands and multiple channels and understand the role of good content and social video.
You are commercial and understand the constraints of creating ideas that can be produced on time and on budget. You will be used to working in an extremely fast paced highly creative department.
Strong understanding of copywriting principles for digital marketing, including writing for website editorial, SEO, social media, email marketing, eCommerce, product descriptions and blogs.
Working with teams to create campaign concepts and development of ideas
Assisting with the creation of content for social media
Proof reading own copy and ensuring accuracy of copy.
Excellent planning skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
