We are looking for a multi-talented integrated creative to work as a key part of our Creative Department. This is a rare opportunity to work with a forward thinking, agile and ambitious agency delivering creative, culture first work for a diverse roster of global clients. From global luxury alcohol brands to tech and automotive, this role will help deliver creative work for existing clients as well as working on new business pitches. The multidisciplinary, cross-functional nature of our work provides the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the development and delivery of fresh, exciting and relevant creative.

Working on briefs for a range of clients driving and shaping the creative expression our ‘culture first’ marketing approach
Forming a core part of the agency’s Creative team, responsible for the development of creative output and facilitating the delivery of highly effective, strategically informed creative TTL (in-culture, integrated comms, experiential) campaigns.
Responsible for creative ideation, concept development and presentation (written & verbal), production and delivery
Reporting to the ECD
Role to be based at the agency’s London office 2 days a week, working remote for 3.
We are very much looking for an integrated all-rounder but will consider creatives from both an art direction and copywriting background - however, the ability to bring to life ideas in fresh and exciting ways is crucial to this role

An ability to develop and craft ideas into fully formed creative concepts

Experience of work within the luxury and premium lifestyle spaces is preferred
Experience briefing and working with other creatives across multiple disciplines
Experience of presenting to senior level clients
A broad experience or keenness for exposure to truly channel agnostic, multidisciplinary work
Devising and developing concepts, creative treatments and visual presentations
Leading and participating in creative ideation sessions, drawing on wider cultural influences and trends to
Be on the look-out for creative inspiration, bringing it to the wider team and helping to drive the creative ambitions of the agency
Implementation of chosen concepts from ideation through to execution
Supporting in the management of an extended team of specialist freelance resource
Overseeing the quality control of amends in light of client/senior team feedback
