You will take complete accountability for the creative department
You will lead the creative vision taking responsibility for all creative output
You’ll be expected to manage and mentor the creative team, as well as work on the hands-on art direction/copy
You will be responsible for ensuring the team maintains high standards in quality at all times, while managing aggressive deadlines.
Working with a variety of clients in various sectors for both global and local campaigns
You will lead concepts and creativity for pitches.
Business development and promoting key client relations
Ensure creative output is in line with clients’ expectations and brief
Keep clients informed of progress and feedback to the creative team
Sign off all creative/ content before you present it to the client.
You'll be actively working on copywriting and/or Art Direction
Presenting to Senior Clients
Proactively generate ideas for current and prospect clients
Develop client relationships and help department head to drive the business and spot opportunities to grow the business
Ability to be impartial in the evaluation of projects
