9 am - 6 pm / 10 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday
Attendance at exhibition openings expected

Location
London and other off-site locations in the UK as required.
Occasional international travel.

The Role
The Creative Content Producer is responsible for creating, directing, and producing high-quality visual content that enhances the gallery’s presence across digital and social media platforms. This role involves skillfully managing and executing photo and video productions, as well as guiding third-party content creators, to capture and present the gallery’s exhibitions and events in a compelling and authentic manner.

You should have

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, with a strong background in directing photography and videography projects.
  • An obsession with creativity and storytelling.
  • A visionary content creator with a passion for contemporary art and a keen interest in aesthetic and design trends and innovations.
  • A deep insight & understanding of the art and luxury consumer markerket, finely attuned to the visual language and cues that engage, motivate, and inspire them.
  • A profound interest in visual communication and its capacity to narrate stories, convey emotions, influence behaviour, and drive action.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated individual, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and direct external content creators.
  • Proven ability in using advanced photographic and video production equipment and software, with a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise across a range of media.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple content creation initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and conduct photo and video sessions that authentically capture the essence of the gallery’s artists, exhibitions and events.
  • Ideating, shooting, editing and producing content for the gallery’s digital assets and social media channels (including Website, Newsletters, Instagram and TikTok)
  • Direct both in-house and freelance photographers and videographers, ensuring that their output aligns with the gallery’s aesthetics and creative vision.
  • Write creative briefs for in-house and external shoots
  • Manage all aspects of content production from storyboard development to post-production including editing, colour grading, and final output delivery.
  • Develop innovative and engaging visual content specifically tailored for social media platforms, & aimed at increasing audience engagement and reach.
  • Stay abreast of evolving social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and effectively reaches target audiences.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to integrate visual content into broader marketing campaigns to enhance campaign coherence and impact.
  • Oversee the logistical aspects of content creation, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
  • Adhere to the gallery’s brand guidelines in all visual content, ensuring that high production quality and consistent messaging reinforce the brand identity.
  • Review and approve final versions of all content, ensuring each piece meets the gallery’s high standards before publication.
