Overview
This role will execute the visual creative design for the HELLO! Commercial team set by the Head of Brand / Creative Content Director. The Creative Design Lead is a hands-on roll, balancing and fulfilling the needs of all commercial creative work. The design lead will be used to a fast-paced design department and used to working collaboratively with key stakeholders. The Creative Design Lead will be responsible to sustaining the visual output across all HELLO! platforms.


Key Responsibilities
· Designing of creative business & pitch work for print, website, microsites, social, newsletter and video campaigns, utilising their strong background in digital design and print.
· Work closely with the Creative Content Director to ensure all new ideation, booked and pitch work visually comes to life across all platforms.
· Work closely with the rest of the content and production team to ensure smooth workflow and creative output.
· Working with the Creative Content Director to deliver art direction of shoots across digital and video.
· Lead all visual output on new commercial franchises.
· Contribute to ideation for the visuals of all creative work in commercial brainstorms.
· To lead and support all layers of the creative and partnership output for the wider commercial team.
· Produce design pitch work – premium digital format design, moodboards & video show reel, and print partnership pages.
· Video and digital planning & development – working closely with the in-house editorial video team.
· Working with the Project Manager and Creative Content Lead in production cost management – to maintain high profitability of all creative work.
· Collaborate successfully with key stakeholders in the business (Head of Brand, Creative Content Director and all editorial designers).
· Work closely with external stakeholders – digital & social tech agencies, photographers, videographers and picture desks.
· Strong knowledge and new ideation across paper-tech design opportunities.
· Keep updated on all creative digital design developments by attending any relevant external events.
· Keep a close eye on the competitor creative space.

Experience
· Experience in creative strategy for a multiplatform sales operation – print, digital, video, audio and experiential
· Strong background in video and digital design
· Experience in implementing a multi-platform creative strategy
· Casting editing and producing experience desirable
