We Are Social are looking for a Creative Director to join its growing creative department where you will work on global brands like Lego, Audi and Pringles and help to drive the creative vision of ideas worth talking about.
Ensure the agency delivers best in class creative campaigns, content and outputs.
Champion high-level story and visual craft and graft at all times, from presentation deck through to final output.
Own and strengthen creative client relationships with key clients like Lego, Audi and Pringles.
Be front and centre in the winning of new clients. Be hands-on in pitches. Leading teams and delivering pitches from briefing to presentation.
Lead clients to evolve their approach and partner with the agency to deliver world-changing social thinking.
Proactively provide creative solutions for clients and inspire others to do the same.
Spot and ideate against rising social and behavioural trends and drive the agency’s delivery against the creative vision of Ideas Worth Talking About.
Present ideas, work and thought leadership persuasively to all audiences, in person or via zoom.
Build and nurture collaborative relationships across the business whether it’s with strategy, design, editorial or production.
Build, manage and support high performing teams, both by discipline or cross-functionally by project.
Coach, drive and inspire a creative team to deliver best in class and ultimately award-winning creative campaign ideas.
Nurture a diverse team of creatives. Support them to identify growth areas and opportunities and champion their development.
Provide clear, concise and motivational creative direction internally and externally.
A visionary leader, change agent and endless optimism.
Demonstrable experience creating ideas worth talking about for the world’s largest brands - Your portfolio must have examples of cross-discipline creative campaigns that reflect world-changing social thinking.
A positive, solutions-focused and collaborative mindset and the ability to partner effectively at different levels and with different disciplines.
An ability to inspire, influence and motivate others. An ability to read the room and dial-up and down where necessary.
Hybrid creative skills - Someone who can art direct and write. Someone comfortable making and directing.
Experience on shoots with world-famous talent.
Willingness to get your hands dirty, get stuck-in and lead by example.
Experience building teams and resourcing projects.
At least 10 years experience working in the creative industries, with at least 3 of those at director level.
