About Femme Verve:
Femme Verve is a purpose-driven brand celebrating feminism, mental health, and community through online platform Femme Verve. We are now turning the platform into an online business with a social and sustainability focus. Our business is divided into 2 sectors 1. We create aesthetically appealing merchandise that normalize self-love and women's rights messaging - we have a goal to combine art with advocacy & part of the proceeds are donated to womens charities & 2.  We partner with organisations to sell courses related to women's personal and professional development. 

We’re looking for a talented Creative Freelancer to help us grow. If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, and creating standout visuals, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

We’re seeking a versatile creative professional to collaborate on product design and visual campaigns. This project-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing fresh ideas, connects with gen z & millenial women & brings ideas to life through thoughtful, creative execution.

Key Projects:

1. Product Design:
• Design 3–5 products per collection (e.g., apparel, bags, posters).
• Collaborate on themes and styles that align with Femme Verve’s identity.
• Deliver production-ready designs compatible with print. (We work with on demand companies while we trial ideas to market) 
• Project Fee Range: $500–$1,500 (depending on scope).

2. Photoshoot Planning & Direction:
• Conceptualize photoshoots, including mood boards, themes, and styling.
• Source props, photographers, models, and locations.
• Oversee shoot execution (remotely or on-site as required).
• Deliver final curated visuals optimized for social media and online stores.
• Project Fee Range: $1,000–$3,000 (depending on size and complexity).
