Your mission

In this role you will be working directly with our co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, realising the brand vision for numa through visual and graphic storytelling. You will lead our in-house creative team, focusing on graphic design, photography, videography and illustrations. You will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, contributing with fresh and creative ideas on how to promote and grow the numa brand. You should take our creativity to a next level as we continue to grow.  In your application, please provide your portfolio with previous creative work. You Will Focus On:

  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Constantly pushing the barriers with new creative ideas on how to capture current and future guests with visual storytelling - across our physical locations and digitally in all channels.
  • Build and lead the creative team, being an inspiration as well as reviewing their work for web, print and digital
  • Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary project teams across the company
  • Be a co-creator of all creative fields
  • Ensure designs and content reflect and follow our brand guidelines
  • Proactively propose new initiatives or process optimisation methods, enabling us to efficiently scale our content creation
  • Combine artistic innovative ideas with a commercial mindset


Your profile

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business or relevant design degree
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience
  • Great aesthetic eye for high impact content
  • Past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social, paid media, mobile, and also offline and print
  • Stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills
  • Experience of leading a team, creating structured workflows to ensure production efficiency
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
  • Advance knowledge of Adobe professional and other relevant creative tools
  • Fluent in English
