With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline for 2023 and beyond for top-tier brands and broadcasters, we are looking for a midweight Creative with proven skills and solid experience to work across an amazing range of film productions and campaigns from culture, entertainment and purpose-led work to technology, internal comms and beyond.
Energetic, enthusiastic and imaginative, the ideal candidate will be adept at thinking outside the box and developing strategies across a variety of mediums (digital, social, video and print) in order to fulfill its clients’ ambitions. The projects in question range in complexity from series productions for broadcasters and straightforward one-channel brand awareness to multi-channel, perception-changing, year-long and ongoing programmes.
The Creative Lead Role
The Creative Lead is a pivotal hire for the agency and will support the Creative Director and creative teams. Not only an inspirational pool of ideas, you will be hands on and culturally on point. We are a small but mighty team of doers, so adaptability, attention to detail and a can-do approach is essential.
We welcome creatives from all backgrounds, and are especially interested in your unique specialist skills, and proven experience gathered through working in creative agencies, TV and film production, editorial or in-house. This role might suit applicants who have worked as Creative Producers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Creative Leads, Creative Strategists, Creative Copywriters or Film / Editorial Commissioners in more traditional agencies or production houses.
Ideation, collaboration and active participation in devising and delivery of campaign concepts and creative output across film, editorial, social, OOH and beyond is key. Working from initial ideation through to delivery with both the creative and account management teams, your sleeves are rolled up and you are unafraid to get stuck in and take ownership. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in crafting creative pitches and be a natural presenter who thrives when in front of clients and brands.
Role responsibilities
  • Provide creative and campaign strategy, creative concepting, development and art direction
  • Conceive and pitch inspiring branded content campaigns that translate client goals into compelling content and experiences
  • Proactive Ideation and development multi-platform creative executions
  • Present creative concepts to clients and pitch to partners at all levels
  • Interpret and respond to briefs with key cultural insights
  • Liaise with production team on budgets and project feasibility
  • Oversee and work collaboratively to deliver projects from ideation to completion
  • Research brands and market trends to develop relevant concepts
  • Keep up to date with industry and technological advancements
  • Analysing briefs, ideating and providing commercially attractive responses
  • Overseeing idea from creative development to delivery
  • Develop content strategies for a range of users based on their needs
  • Research best content methodologies and devise the best content approaches for both internal and external partners

  • Able to work closely with in-house creative, design, production and account management
  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant field (film production, TV, in-house, agency, media, publishing, editorial)
