We are looking for a Creative Lead (either with a visual or copy lean) with a background in digital marketing and advertising who is passionate about ideas. This is an integral role as a key member within our small in-house studio responsible for the overall brand and creative output for Workplace. We partner with cross-functional teams within Workplace as well as the central global marketing teams (including Sales, Partnerships, Support, and Product/Engineering) with the primary objective to grow Workplace around the world and make people fall in love with our platform.

Creative Lead - Workplace Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a highly cross-functional team of marketers, data analysts and product specialists to concept and create innovative, large-scale marketing ideas that can live across channels, platforms and countries
  • Ability to take feedback, input and come up with solutions that keeps the integrity of the idea
  • Communicate initial ideas compellingly then follow through to deliver on-brand executions
  • Art direct branded event experiences
  • Source and oversee the appropriate photographers and artists to help bring the vision to life
  • Provide creative input and oversee work from external agencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Integrated campaign experience
  • Portfolio should feature creative campaigns for well known brands
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy
  • Proven experience owning ideas from inception to launch
  • Basic understanding of user-experience design and content strategy
  • Solid experience creating multi channel campaigns from top of funnel through to email campaigns
  • Experience in presenting ideas and getting buy-in from senior level stakeholders
  • Proven track record in solving business problems with creative solutions
