LIFT has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Producer to join our dynamic team.

LIFT is London’s international biennial festival of theatre. Every two years we present a festival full of daring and relevant culture, international perspectives and unforgettable theatre. Whether it’s a much-loved venue, iconic landmark or unsung corner of London, LIFT gathers Londoners around incredible art.

The Creative Producer will lead on the planning and delivery of LIFT’s commissions, presentations and productions. Working closely with LIFT’s Artistic Director/CEO, you will develop and programme projects for festival and off-festival years and devise opportunities for artist advancement and development. Your work leading the producing function will help to realise our mission of bringing landmark international theatre experiences to Londoners.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned producer with a passion for international arts and extensive experience of managing a variety of productions and community projects. They will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working closely with multiple artists across a range of art forms and different scales of work.

Salary: £36,000 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, fixed term until December 2022
