Starting 3 years ago, we have built a successful influencer agency working with brands like Nike, McDonald’s and Topshop to run campaigns that win the heart of Gen Z. Over the last 18 months, we’ve developed two new divisions of the business, Bytesized Talent- the UK’s largest TikTok talent agency as well as Bytehouse – the UK’s first-ever TikTok house which gained national press in Evening Standard, The Times, BBC, and Sky News.
All these come together to create our Gen Z media group which combines services, talent, and owned and operated IP.
The ByteSquad has grown to be a national force with over 10 million fans on their channels and over 1 million on their owned channels. To get to the next level, we’re looking for a manager to handle creative ideation and execution of the squad as we go to the next level
What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing the day to day relationships with the influencers including receiving and managing content schedules.
  • Developing and executing creative ideas that the Squad can do on TikTok , Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Analyzing the trends and the data of each piece of content on the ByteSquad channels advising on how it can be improved and feeding that back into the content.
  • Curating and managing the social channels of the ByteSquad.
  • Booking the logistics and operational parts of the show including guest collaborations with other influencers and celebrities.
  • Working with our brand partnerships and video team to create commercially successful campaigns.
What you need to have:
  • Experience working in a team and leading creative shoots with video teams.
  • An understanding of the influencer landscape.
  • An understanding of TikTok and YouTube and how to craft a story for social media.
  • Experience developing creative solutions that can be a fit for brands on social media.

  • Growth and engagement of our social channels
  • The success of our branded campaigns
