We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Cannondale team. Cannondale is one of iconic brands Cycling Sports Group, a division of Dorel Sports, own. We are committed to developing and selling innovative bicycles, parts and accessories through our diverse brand portfolio.
The Creative Project Manager to work with our team in our newly formed global creative hub based in Frome, Somerset. This role is the key cog in the wheel of creative project management, communication and on-time deliverables.
Within this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing the timeline of multiple projects for the Creative Team. You will have a thorough understanding of stakeholder requirements and be able to effectively communicate these to the relevant team members, establishing clear ownership for project tasks, ensuring the required tools are available, tracking progress of project tasks, providing timely feedback, and ultimately, assuring the achievement of project deadlines.
The role requires an inquisitive nature and ability to probe and ask questions, conduct regular status meetings and proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to relevant stakeholders, keeping their needs and requirements continuously in view.
This is an exciting, busy and varied role so you must be flexible and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You will also need exceptional interpersonal and empathetic skills to demonstrate your appreciation and understanding of each major stakeholder’s role and maintain a balance between commercial and creative demands. Previous experience within a similar role, working in a fast-paced creative agency would be advantageous, with a proven track record of understanding creative processes involved in design, video, photography and artwork, and ensuring effective collaboration between appropriate team members and departments.
There is a requirement for you to travel in this role both domestically and internationally and due to working as part of a small, agile development team, there is real opportunity for you to make a direct impact on this growing business.
