We are looking for an experienced Creative to join our Promo Direction team at BBC Creative, the BBC's in-house Creative agency. We are looking for someone who has written, created and managed campaigns with deliverables across Out of Home, Digital, Social and TV, in addition to having a strong showreel across varied genres.
Working in brand teams, they aim to create truly stand-out promotions to draw specific audiences to BBC content.
Working to a Marketing Brief, devise and script targeted trailers for BBC content
Editing together programme material to create compelling promotions for use on TV and on digital platforms
Working with the Production Team to generate additional content (e.g. directing a video shoot)
Liaising with Marketing colleagues and other stakeholders as required
Managing projects from brief to delivery
Delivering projects on time and on budget
Are you the right candidate?
This role requires specific skills and in-depth experience, usually gained through working within the creative department of a broadcaster, such as:
Conceptual thinking in response to marketing briefs
Script writing for multi-platform promotional campaigns
Strong self-op editing skills (we currently use AVID)
Experience directing talent (e.g. V/O artists)
Excellent communication skills
