About VCCP Retail:
We’re a team of 63 retail obsessives within the VCCP Partnership, built to transform the fortunes of retail brands and brands within retail.
We work with a broad spectrum of clients from O2, Canon, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Grolsch to McArthurGlen, helping them overcome some of the issues facing the sector and achieve best in class retail activity. We love retail, and we know the pressures our clients are under to deliver bottom line, every single day. We speak their language and concentrate just as much on shopper insights and triggers as we do on increasing average transaction values and footfall.
Based within the Creative Services team, they will work closely with the Creative Services Manager, Creative Manager, Creative Directors, Studio Manager and Account teams to establish a creative brief’s requirements and help prioritise workload.
They will ensure that an appropriate brief has been approved and determine the suitability and availability of the resource, advising when more is needed.
They will also be tasked with raising when any delays in the jobs may arise, whilst establishing contingency options where possible. They, with the rest of the team, will be integral to keeping the studio busy, happy and efficient.
Reporting in to the Creative Services Manager, the Coordinator’s role is to act as an Administrator and Traffic Manager across all territories.
Over time they must develop a full knowledge of our brands and be able to creatively input and sense check the work and briefs from a brand guardian POV.
From time to time they may also be required to work across our other clients.
