We’re on the hunt for a talented CRM Assistant to join the Ann Summers family - the role would be part of our Digital team, based at our head office in Whyteleafe, Surrey. You’ll play an integral part in getting to know our customer to shape their AS experience and the journey we take them on. The role….
  • Deliver the customer acquisition email plan; is it customer focused and is it commercial?
  • Collaborate with the CRM Executive and CRM Manager to improve customer engagement, acquisition and conversion through successful marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the creative team to achieve optimised creative and messaging for all email marketing campaigns
  • Use the ESP effectively to successfully deliver the email campaigns
  • Reporting of each campaign to understand performance and take learnings for future activity You will have….
  • A keen interest in developing a career in CRM, ideally with a degree in a related subject
  • Previous experience in email marketing/CRM is a bonus, but not essential
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insight
  • Strong skill in using Excel, ie. macro, pivot tables, time saving reports and processes
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work with other departments across the business
  • Great communication and influencing skills
  • A proactive way of working with a hands-on work ethic
