The CRM team are now seeking a talented CRM Executive to join the team based in our offices in Westfield.
You Will:
  • Work closely with the CRM Project Manager on developing initiatives to retain, reactivate and increase the lifetime value of our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROI through improved contact strategies.
  • Think of innovative ways to target our customers.
  • Support change in the CRM team, and the Retention Marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other teams across the NET-A-PORTER business and within the other brands of YNAP Group.
Daily Duties:
  • End to end handling of CRM campaigns; concept, brief, design, build, test, release & analyse.
  • Governance of CRM systems for customer loyalty rewards.
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
  • Coordinating global campaigns across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Devise new initiatives that support CRM core values, Acquisition, Retention, and Loyalty.
You Have:
  • Solid analytical background and experience of handling large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. SQL is advantageous.
  • Expertise in all aspects of the email marketing processes, production and circulation planning.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborative attitude to build a strong relationship across the business.
  • A creative flair and ability to think of new ideas and creative projects.
  • Solid understanding of other interactive marketing channels and their marketing principals.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with an eye for detail.
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Can work independently in a structured manner.
  • Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or conflicting priorities.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail and the fashion industry.
