About the Division
We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Consumer marketing team. Reporting to the CRM manager, the CRM Executive will be responsible for executing the CRM marketing strategy for Zavvi & IWOOT. This role is ideal for someone starting out in their CRM career, or looking for the next marketing challenge – full training would be provided.
At THG, we encourage and promote growth and exploration within your role and as such, the below list gives only a summary of the role remit:
  • Work with the Creative, Marketing and E-Commerce teams to create and execute email campaigns and content.
  • Work across multiple channels including email, SMS and app.
  • Review, devise and improve on existing customer retention strategies.
  • Monitor, report & improve on targets; make recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Manage and update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns.
  • Take on exciting projects and explore new ways to enhance customer experience.
  • Research and monitor competitor analysis.
