Role Summary:
A Customer Community Advisors at THG are expected to deliver a world class experience and exceed expectations. This person will be the first point of contact for our customers across different social media channels. We are looking for ambitious individuals who strive for first time resolution whilst keeping up the brand reputation.
The role of a Customer Community Advisor is an opportunity for a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about all things social media. We are looking for candidates with previous experience working within a social media role, who can work under pressure and have a great attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer messages across our social media channels
  • Maintaining brand tone and professional tone of voice
  • Working towards department SLA’s
  • Striving for first time resolution
  • Helping to build online communities
  • Protecting brand reputation


  • Passionate about all things social media
  • Exceptional written skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within a social media/ customer service role
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Flexible, punctual and reliable
