Description

We are currently a team of only three people full time: the two founders Heinin Zhang and Siddhi Mittal, and the Executive Chef Jonathan Fais. You’ll be an early team member of an exciting new startup - an extremely rare opportunity. Heinin and Siddhi were previously working on the trading floor at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Investment bank; you will be joining a fast-paced and dynamic work environment as we scale our private chef operations across London and other cities. You will be central to that growth and learning every step of the way.

You will be working closely with the founders and supporting them in collecting feedback from all customers using YHANGRY for the first time. Analysis of this feedback is crucial for putting us on the right path for future growth. We want to build a service that customers genuinely love and we need to hear about what customers love about us, what was below expectations, how we can improve and what other ideas they might have which we could implement.

Main role responsibilities:
  1. Speak to customers and collect feedback about their YHANGRY private chef experience
  2. Build trust and drive repeat bookings by providing great customer service
  3. Analyse data from calls to identify:

  1. Information about our target audience
  2. Areas for improvement
  3. Ideas for add-on services to test based on our customers
