Our ideas live and breathe in organic and paid social but also fully integrated campaigns including TVCs, radio, press, OOH (you name it we're there). Our difference? The same way Gary was one of the early YouTube influencers, VaynerMedia has been the forerunner in many opportunities, serving as alpha/beta launch partners with platforms from Facebook and YouTube to TikTok and Snapchat. Sound like you? The Role: We need a passionate **Permanent** designer to come on board and take our work to the next level. You'll love design and all of its quirks (and can even possibly chat for hours on a n or m dash). Your creativity is not held to one medium or style but can move across clients and media with ease - from upping our internal branding game, to creating and artworking out of home campaigns or adding animation to make a piece sing. Motion, typography, image, colour and pattern - you know the power design can have and how to use it.
The task at hand:
  • Be the go-to designer for the agency, visualising and creating designs across the full range of agency requirements from new biz deck design to finished artwork or content for clients (from social posts to print and poster)
  • Ability to manage your own time and projects to ensure work is completed within deadlines and to high quality
  • Work as part of the creative department, adding you skills to teams and raising the quality of work whenever possible
  • Being the ambassador for great design - proactively sharing inspiration when you see it as well as design skills and know-how with other members of the department

Desirable skills and experience:
  • Proven ability and passion for design across many media
  • Ability to develop initial designs through to final execution and artwork
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics/animation
  • Must have experience in a digital, social media or advertising agency
  • Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
  • An accurate and detailed approach to your work
  • Team orientated with a can-do attitude
