A unique role
80% of the role - As Designer/workflow manager you’ll be developing a wide range of creative and marketing materials and campaigns from concept to delivery. You’ll have an excellent command of the CC suite and the ability to produce high quality visuals. You’ll be taking concepts and designs from the other designers as well as your own and producing accurate, and fully competent artwork. So you’ll have a sound knowledge of print and digital and you’ll be up with the latest trends. 
20% of the role - You are a natural planner and will have worked in scheduling and workflow in previous positions. You’ll be taking projects from our project managers and planning the weekly schedule in Float. You’ll streamline timings, manage deadlines and maximise the talents and time of our creative team as well as any freelance resource. You’ll work with the Project Managers and alongside your fellow Creatives, pushing beyond the boundaries to produce exemplary, memorable work that thanks to you, went like clockwork.

You’re keen and ambitious with natural design skills combined with a nerdy passion for producing impeccable artwork. You have an impressive portfolio and the ability to produce high quality work. You’re good, but you want to keep learning and get better at what you do. You’re always looking around for the latest thing and you’re interested in new theories, new tech and techniques. You’re a stickler for detail but you also get the big picture. You like to get your teeth into a wide variety of briefs. You like varied, interesting work that keeps you busy. You don’t get phased at a fast pace and you enjoy a challenge of a busy environment. You’re a natural organiser and great at managing time because you enjoy making things run smoothly. You like working with energetic, like-minded people and enjoy team spirit.

  • A good track record as a experienced designer/workflow manager
  • Experience in scheduling and a natural desire to plan work
  • Experience in the technology sector
  • Experience in B2B
  • Agency experience
  • A degree
  • A portfolio that wow’s us
  • Knowledge and mastery of Adobe Creative suite
  • Experience in using Trello, Float and Dropbox
  • The ability to make PowerPoint kick ass
  • Ability to use MS 365
  • A can-do, friendly attitude
