The Digital Account Executive role is a varied and hands-on role which supports the Account Management team. The role is within the Honda Account Team, on one of our largest accounts, and will involve interaction with Honda clients.
Using Adobe Experience Manager (CMS-based software) to maintain the honda. co. uk and Just Ride platforms
Proactively monitoring the platforms and making necessary site updates/recommendations for tracking, tagging, user flows, compliance, functionality etc.
Working closely with the client to implement planned site updates and create new campaign pages
Managing the prioritisation of tasks with the client; communicating efforts and reporting task completions on a weekly basis
Supporting the Account Director in creating and delivering digital projects as well as developing, and advising on, content briefs
Collaborating with the creative department to design and develop new site content
Working with the client’s lead European digital agency to creatively find long-term and quick-fix solutions to problems
Assisting the Account Director with the measurement and reporting of the sites’ effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement
Experience with CMS-based software (Adobe Experience Manager would be preferential)
A basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practice is essential
Experience with site measurement and reporting (preferably Google Analytics)
Excellent organisational skills, can multitask and manage their own workload
High standards and attention to detail
Customer facing skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills
