The Client Planning Manager will focus on creating innovative plans that generate growth for our clients. Client Planning Managers are responsible for consistency in output and driving best-in-class performance across all iProspect capabilities (paid search, SEO, content, display, social, as well as non-digital channels).
Client Focus
Project manages clients’ digital communications plans including timelines and budget
Leads smaller client accounts and present regularly to both client and internal teams
Coordinates invoicing and payments process’ in line with contractual terms agreed; oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations
Collate and own contractual client requirements such as timesheet data
Planning Focus
Day to day planning management across clients
Assist role in the agency’s response to any briefs, injecting clear digital strategy as part of our integrated responses
Digital expertise across channels to aid channel development in line with client objectives
Be the bridging point between strategy & channels: Brief and manage internal teams to deliver on client requirements across the whole business.
Owns & drives cross-channel technology and data integration to optimise the media mix e.g. Investment optimisation in line with roles of media.
Maintain an awareness of client competitor digital activity and market trends to aid informed recommendations to campaign planning and development opportunities for your clients
Comfortable with data and insight and understanding of how these can be used to formulate strategic decisions
Confident presenter
Familiar with applications such as Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of digital channels across PPC, SEO, Content, Display, Social
Ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCS
Key Experiences (Desirable):
3+ years of experience of planning across one or more digital channels
3+ years of experience with account management, managing internal/external stakeholders
Familiar with managing finance processes such as campaign reconciliation
Experience of working on integrated marketing campaigns
