DESCRIPTION
Title: Digital Content Executive/Manager
Type: Full-time
Location: London/Remote
Reporting to: Creative Director
Salary: £25K – £30K depending on experience

Role Overview
Working closely alongside our Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating, delivering and managing content on behalf of our clients. You will ensure that all content delivers against the strategy and wider business plan for the client. The role will be client facing and also include uploading and scheduling of content using our preferred software platforms. We believe this is an exciting role with real potential to grow and have impact within a fun and purpose-driven business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organising weekly content for social media, blogs and email marketing
  • Working closely with the Creative Director to deliver on client strategy
  • Liaising with clients on content strategy, timeframe and deadlines
  • Uploading and scheduling social media, blog and email content
  • Channel engagement and community management (as required)
  • Creating client reports and analytics (as required)
  • Idea and strategy creation support
  • Proactive involvement within client and team meetings

PREREQUISITES

  • Typically 2 - 3 years of experience within Social Media/Content/Digital in an agency setting or within an applicable industry. Degree not essential (but preferred)
  • Understanding of key website and content scheduling softwares such as Later, Hootesuite, Sendible, MailChimp, Active Campaign, Wix, Wordpress etc
  • In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • An impeccable eye for detail
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Innovative and confident in sharing ideas
  • Team player and comfortable taking direction from Creative Director/Senior Digital Strategist
  • An interest in health and wellness is preferred but not essential
