The Digital & Content Marketing Executive will help build this newly created position and champion online – developing online best practice, ensuring we stay ahead of the game and really driving our digital strategy.

Social media
  • Ownership of our strategic vision (look & feel, growth, engagement)
  • Planning and management of monthly content calendars (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) including content creation and copywriting
  • Creation, execution and reporting of social ad campaigns
  • Influencer management
  • Responsible for all brand partnerships & social media competitions
  • Track, share and push the digital agenda
  • Have complete end-to-end Community Management from delivering the community engagement strategy through day to day management and customer services.

Digital Marketing
  • Manage all content online including product merchandising, optimisation, promotions, email marketing & PPC, tracking performance and managing analytics.
  • Own and understand the consumer pathway and the value of this channel. Including, leading and answering the 'digital questions' around customer journey, spend and visibility.
  • Establish a strategy and method behind online campaigns, ensuring there is good online support for all marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and manage digital analysis and structure
  • Have ownership over both our customer and consumer newsletters
  • Agency Management

Person:
This role will best suit someone hungry to make a difference; someone with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and retailers and someone able to activate their ideas and act upon results.

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Someone able to analyse data and turn it into action
- A Passion for digital marketing is important as we want this person focussing on technology trends, helping the business evolve in this space.
- Ability to maintain and develop effective working relationships
- Ability to communicate, present and influence both internally and externally
- A driven personality
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills

Salary: £18,000 - £24,000
