Digital Designer - ITV Brand London - Grays Inn Road Full-time, Permanent

We create and produce programmes loved by millions worldwide and now we are looking for a new Digital Designer t o join our collaborative digital team for across ITV Brand (ITV2, ITV Hub, ITV Britbox etc)
What this role will entail... The Digital Content team commissions and produces all output for social media, websites, apps, podcasts and branded content. The Digital Designer, ITV Brand creates assets for best-in-class digital campaigns that drive audiences, meets the business KPIs, fulfils commercial/acquisition targets and enhances the reputation of ITV as a brand and its programmes.
Some Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for creation of design assets for both organic and paid social media purposes (for example, images, Facebook canvases, Instagram Stories, video graphics etc)
  • On a day-to-day basis, working with Producers where relevant to create digital content across multiple platforms
  • Be the design lead on all priority campaign assets, pitching ideas, presenting back and designing best-in-class creative
  • Respond to briefs and produce content which supports and drives audiences to commercial and DTC initiatives, and are aligned with the wider Media and Creative teams
  • In close collaboration with the Paid Media team and Media agencies, produce digital design assets which can be used as part of complex paid media campaigns
  • Be a valued extension of the marketing team, creating visually appealing and best in class digital content for marketing campaigns which deliver business results - both increased viewers to ITV but also more customers for ITV (through our paid for services)
  • Continually research and identify new creative solutions to social and digital marketing campaigns, taking inspiration from competitors and wider industry to ensure ITV stays at the forefront of creative excellence
  • Initiative to go above and beyond what is asked of them, to demonstrate enthusiasm for their role in the digital content team
  • Work to strict timelines and feedback across the life cycle of a campaign
  • Produce design assets which are of the highest possible quality, taking ownership of your own output and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships across Media, Creative, Viewer and Consumer Marketing, with production where necessary
  • Close the feedback loop. Feedback to other Marketing teams about what assets are positively or negatively received or in order to feedback into the marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience designing digital content at a creative agency, brand or publisher is essential
  • Extensive experience creating assets for social media platforms, both paid and own, is essential
  • Significant experience working in the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro is essential
  • Experience in After Effects is desirable
  • Experience of dealing with client and brand briefs
  • Experience of interpreting briefs and presenting results
  • Any experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for the ITV programmes
