Description

The Hearst Content Agency is the content marketing agency division within Hearst. Its mission is to provide branded content for a range of clients from Asda, George, 02, P&G and Princess Cruises. Covering all forms of multichannel content it works with brands to provide an ongoing conversation with their consumers leveraging the Hearst content expertise.
The Role
Reporting to the Agency Editorial Director and working with the Account Director you will work on the George account to deliver quality digital content to the client. You will be responsible for devising and producing content for social media platforms. With a keen interest in fashion, this role will have to be on top of current and future trends in this space.
KNOWLEDGE OF HIGH STREET FASHION RETAILERS AND THEIR MARKETING ACTIVITY
• Constant monitoring of competition
• Keeping abreast of marketing campaigns PRINT/DIGITAL/SOCIAL
• Interest in fashion
DIGITAL EXPERTISE (ANALYTICS, SEO AND USE OF DIFFERENT TOOLS)
• In depth knowledge of digital analytics and how to use them to tailor content
• Knowledge of SEO and how to create content that ranks highly for search
• Good understanding of digital tools and what can be used to maximise reach/engagement of content
CONTENT CREATION
• Ideas on how to create great content for digital and social
• unique and evolving ideas generation for digital and social
• copywriting for ads/magazine and digital
• Coming up with copy for handbook and trend reports
CLOTHES SELECTION
• Attendance at selection and coming up with ideas for features accordingly
• Ideas for styling/visual interpretation of new season trends
INFLUENCER IDEATION
• Keeping abreast of influencers in the fashion and active space who could be used to help improve reach on George accounts
• Great relationships with influencer networks and individuals
