Purpose of the Role
The Digital Fulfillment Consultant is responsible for picking, packing and dispatching online orders in alignment with Aesop standards. The role requires attention to detail and passion for the Aesop brand to ensure the business needs are met with a deep understanding of the impact on customer experience.

  • Understanding of the day-to-day retail operations regarding logistics, systems and processes in order to meet shipping deadlines and process orders in a timely manner
  • Enjoys meticulous attention to detail in order to elevate customer experience
  • Receiving deliveries and replenishing stock levels
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on business hours, inclusive of holidays and weekends
  • Ability to stand for entirety of shift as required. Ability to lift deliveries and outgoing packages
  • Previous warehouse, operations and/or retail experience is strongly encouraged
This position is Part Time, 24 hours per week and operates an on-site working pattern. This role has the potential for 24 - 40 hours per week.
