Working together with the digital marketing manager as part of the e-commerce team, you will support in the execution of the digital marketing strategy (primarily focused on SEO and Affiliates) but also across PPC, Display and Paid Social.
  • You will focus on increasing the organic visibility of our 7 websites in the EMEA region, through implementing best practices and utilising SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Screaming Frog
  • You will carry out keyword research to identify opportunities within the EMEA region
  • You will execute and enhance organic search strategies to achieve traffic and sales targets
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to ensure best SEO practice is applied to the website
  • Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate programmes, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate programmes
  • You will report on campaign performance, traffic and demand generation and provide insight on ROI developments with a focus on consistent improvement
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with different external agencies to ensure traffic, demand, ROI and other targets are met within the region
  • You will work together with the content team to ensure that keywords are being incorporated and targeted in our content strategy
  • You will work with global digital and regional e-com teams to share best practice and key insights around campaign performance
  • You will collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand campaign calendar and ensure performance marketing campaigns are aligned with above the line marketing activities
  • You will work alongside trading team to understand regional trends (especially around keyword performance) and localise campaigns to improve relevance and increase ROI
  • You will play an assisting role in traffic forecasting across the digital marketing channel mix
  • You will prepare regular and ad hoc internal reports that provide insight into performance
  • You will share key learnings with the e-commerce team in weekly trade meetings
  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on SEO
  • A commercial mind-set, consistently focused on driving revenues
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work from strategy to execution
  • Analytical mind-set with ability to use Google Analytics
