The details of these platforms are commercially sensitive and will only be made available to interviewees. As the Digital Marketing Lead you will play a vital role in planning and executing our campaigns up to launch and in driving our traffic and subscriptions post launch.
One of the platforms, IAI, described by Total Politics as ‘Europe’s Answer to TED’, has already been running as a free site for a number of years and has successfully built a strong following. We will be launching a subscription service from March 2020. The other platform is being launched with the backing of TVF International – the world’s leading provider of independent documentaries and factual entertainment.
All applicants will need to show commercial flair and experience of driving traffic by utilising all forms of marketing. In addition to digital marketing, you will have responsibility for the commercial funnel of the websites. The ideal candidate will have experience launching and managing digital platforms: driving growth, maintaining engagement and maximising revenue. You will have experience of running an efficient team and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
As well as having the appropriate level of marketing and digital marketing experience you will be required to demonstrate leadership skills, strategic thinking and editorial flair. All applicants should have a minimum of four years’ experience in digital roles and have a strong academic background, with a minimum of a 2:1 from a leading university.
