ABOUT THE JOB
This is an opportunity to radically change the food system through the management of our digital platforms. You will lead on strategic, full-cycle campaigns across our home delivery app, brand website and social channels with the aim to raise awareness and grow a grassroots movement that will shape the future of food for the better.
Impeccably organised and a great communicator, your role will encompass elements of strategy, community management, influencer marketing, as well as reporting and analytics. Growing brand awareness across our digital channels and building customer loyalty across our home delivery service, you will understand the importance of generating fresh content and be able to identify opportunities to tell our story better and more effectively, always ensuring that proper tracking and optimisation are part of every campaign.
An expert digital manager with a strong background in content marketing, you’ll be centrally involved in developing a campaign strategy that spans 3 regions. Responsible for developing the digital editorial calendar, you’ll manage the implementation of creative assets and decide how these are translated across our different platforms.
With a minimum of 4 years of digital content marketing behind you and proven experience in executing successful digital campaigns, this is a role that requires a strong technical understanding of how social and digital marketing platforms work, flawless analytical and reporting skills as well as plenty of creative drive.
You have 4+ years Digital Content Management, with specific experience planning and managing email marketing and social media campaigns.
You have a track record of working effectively with creatives and production teams to deliver incredible content to a fixed schedule.
You know how to build loyalty online, can track your impact and adapt content to different channels and segmented audiences. You know how to set up reporting tools and make the most of analytics.
Strong planning skills essential as well as an ability to display flexibility in the face of external factors.
