Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager (3-month contract) Reporting to: Marketing Director Job purpose: Deliver global digital media performance campaigns for AllBright club and digital product lines Job Description: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering performance digital media campaigns to help the company to achieve its customer growth targets in key markets around the world for its club and digital product lines. We are particularly looking for someone with extensive paid social, SEO and search experience, with a strong understanding of brand and top of funnel optimisation. Key responsibilities: • Work closely with digital/commercial/content teams in developing the AllBright digital strategy to acquire and convert customers across a range of different revenue streams (club and digital) across AllBright global markets • To lead on day-to-day planning and delivery of the digital customer acquisition strategy and campaigns: o Focus on day to day optimisation of agreed PPC, Paid Social, and all other digital growth channels (prospecting and retargeting) in order to drive scale-up in line with business objectives o Drive organic search growth and advocate for SEO best practices o Work with relevant digital media agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and deliver on targets o Shape forecast, budget planning and management across all paid media to deliver on business KPIs o Working with creatives, drive ad copy, creative and landing page test and learn strategy across a range of digital channels and customer journeys o Provide recommendations for new areas of growth based on regular competitive analysis o Regular reporting and funnel analysis (including online behaviour and attribution modelling), with recommendations for iterative improvements across the digital mix o Work closely with Content & Marketing teams and creative partners to ensure consistency of brand and customer communications o Build relationships with key paid media channels for the benefit of AllBright o Deliver regular reporting to show effectiveness and recommendations for change Your experience: o Significant experience in Digital Marketing, either client side or agency o Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns internationally across multiple platforms including Facebook/ Instagram and Google (paid and organic) o Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics o Experience in working day to day with digital marketing agencies o Relevant sector experience desirable o The ability to show a can do, hands on approach in a challenger brand environment The individual: o A digital obsessive – you live and breathe the latest developments in digital media o Entrepreneurial and self-starter o Commercial acumen, with excellent planning skills to achieve ROI targets o Customer champion – always putting the customer first o Strategic thinker – with ability to identify and implement improvements o Highly creative with a desire to deliver stand out campaigns o Collaborative and strong communication skills o Comfortable working with all levels of management and in a global business o Able to manage competing deadlines o Hard worker - prepared to go above and beyond to meet business needs with a hands-on approach
