We’re doing things a little differently… Want to join us on our journey, to help us grow?
Founded in 2017 by our CEO, James, and co-founder, Callum, we’re an award-winning technology startup, based in Hammersmith. With a mission to offer a fairer kind of car insurance, in the face of a £15 billion industry, we’ve built the UK’s first real-time pay-by-mile car insurance policies. We’re bringing the same level of on-demand convenience to car ownership that people now expect from taxis and take-away food.
We believe people who drive less should pay less. Car insurance doesn’t have the best reputation. It’s dull, unfair and expensive. We’re changing that. We launched the UK’s first real-time pay-by-mile car insurance policies in 2018, along with a smart driving app, because owning a car should set you free, not tie you down.
It’s probably this attitude that meant we were voted the best car insurance provider in the UK within our first year.
A great culture is essential to us. Defined by our whole company from top to bottom, we’ve developed our values in Respect, Fairness, Growth, Efficiency and Ambition to be our compass, and we take care in ensuring that they guide us in all we do.
As we continue to shape and grow our digital marketing team, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can help to make our brand (even more) famous and bring the benefits of smarter and fairer car insurance to even more motorists.
Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play an essential role in expanding our customer base, taking full ownership of the paid search, paid social, display and email marketing, with lots of opportunity to identify and test new, innovative digital channels. You’ll also take on the responsibility for SEO, and with the support of the Head of Marketing you’ll build our future SEO strategy, collaborating closely with the brand and content team, and working with them to ensure that our whole web presence is fully optimised for natural search, recommending target keywords and monitoring performance.
We do all of our digital marketing in-house, so this role will give you the autonomy to help shape and deliver our marketing, through the entire lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and inform how we operate, working with the full support of our technical team to introduce growth hacks, new automations, reporting tools and A/B testing. And as a rapidly evolving business, you will have the potential to grow as we do, with the exposure and involvement in broader offline marketing campaigns and creative projects. If you're growth-focussed, analytical and you get a kick out of delivering best-in-class campaigns, then get in touch and help us build a refreshing new brand in the car insurance space.
We’re looking for someone to join our team with the following skills and experience:
Proactive, with an analytical mindset. A passion for data is a must!
Advanced knowledge of CMS (Content Management System) and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
The ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful ideas and actions

Advanced Excel skills

But it’s not all about us. It’s just as much about you. We’re an ambitious, energetic bunch and we have our sights set on doubling in size this year, and we’re ready to grow.
We recognise the value our people bring, with their inquisitive minds, bright ideas and fantastic attitudes, and we aim to give as much as we receive. It’s only fair.
Amongst other things, we also offer a range of benefits and development opportunities for all of our employees, including:
26 days holidays (plus 8 bank holidays)
