About the role
Role location: Remote - EMEA + America East Coast
We’re looking for a full-stack marketer who can convert the warm traffic we’re getting from Youtube & Instagram into paying students who are ready to invest in our paid programs.
Your role will be to create & optimize our funnels, build an engaged email list, and manage our marketing strategy and monetization efforts.
The main KPI you will be working on is the conversion rate of our traffic into paying customers, you will work directly with the CEO.
Our team is a small family of creatives around the world, and you’ll have a huge impact on both strategy and culture of our company as we grow.
This is a full-time position, we’re not looking to hire a freelancer at this point.
You will be responsible for:
Building & optimizing funnels: Planning their strategy, writing them, creating assets, setting them up, and measuring their success.
Build an engaged email list: By creating lead magnets, setting them up, and keeping our list engaged with regular content.
Planning and executing on program launches & promotions: You’ll plan when to do them, how to promote them, create the assets for them, and run the campaigns.
The right marketer for this role has:
Prior in-house experience as a marketer with a company that generates +$1M
Love for numbers and the ability to analyze them to make data-driven decisions
Experience writing and understanding of direct response marketing
The ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in a remote work environment
Eye details, so you’ll start your application with “HOLA �”

We’re using Buffer Salary Calculator as a benchmark for our salaries at the moment, the salary for this position is $96,054.
6 weeks paid vacation (after 6 months on the team, 2 in the first 6 months)
