We are looking for a multi-disciplined Digital expert to join an exciting and ambitious team that is working across multiple brands, spanning different regions with specific requirements and nuances. A passion for digital, an eye for detail and the ability to manage their own time and meet deadlines across multiple projects is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and management of digital media campaigns for casino brands across multiple channels including Programmatic / Social / PPC
  • Analysis of campaign / audience / segmentation performance
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitors
  • Analysing return on investment of all paid media campaigns
  • Maximising return on investment for allocated digital spends through ongoing optimisation
  • A/B testing to establish optimal conversion rates
  • Budget management including bids, caps and ROI analysis
  • Using analytics packages for traffic and player value insight and further target optimum demographics
  • Creating reports on campaign success and presenting to senior management and stakeholders
  • Testing copy and landing pages
  • Collaborating with brand/design to produce and identify best performing creative for campaigns based on ROI analysis
  • Collaborating with campaign teams to participate in and leverage 360 campaigns
  • Collaborating with alternative acquisition channels to deliver cohesive CX
  • Understanding customer value and utilising strategies to drive quality traffic to the company websites
Competencies:
  • Passion for digital
  • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving goals
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Think creatively, initiate projects, identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • Excellent command of English

Skills:
  • Online casino experience in UK market advantageous
  • Setting up campaigns from scratch – research, delivering media plans, execution
  • Experience with the following systems would be beneficial:
- Campaign Manager (formerly DCM) - Google SearchAds 360 - Google Analytics 360 - Google Optimize - Google DataStudio - Google Tag Manager - Facebook Ads Manager - Programmatic DSP Platforms (E.g DV360, MediaMath, Trade Desk, etc)
  • Highly proficient in using MS office
  • Web/Google analytics knowledge and experience
