Welcome to MOO - our purpose is simple: great design for everyone. Want to join us? We're award-winning, design-led, technology-driven and powered by some pretty awesome people. You might be one of them.
We're looking for a Digital Product Designer for our Browse crew primarily. This crew is responsible for the upper funnel customer experience on moo.com, and the associated admin / CMS tools, which our Merchandising & Optimisation (M&O) team uses to launch new products and optimise user journeys.
You will be the voice of design and represent our customers within the crew. You will be collaborating with the Product Manager, Engineers and Agile Delivery peers to shape the product roadmap and design compelling experiences that perform commercially. You will also dig into the internal tools & processes that support the upper funnel journeys, and find ways to optimise the experience of MOOsters who use these tools on a daily basis.
As a member of the Digital Product Design chapter, you will get support from other designers and have the opportunity to mentor more junior members of the team. You will participate in team ceremonies to review and give feedback on each other's work, ideate solutions, design great experiences that solve real user and business problems, get inspiration and drive excellence in our design practice.
Our Customer Support, Sales, Design Services, Marketing, Creative, Research and Business Intelligence teams are all in the same office, meaning you will have the opportunity to work closely with them to turn insights into validated, spot on design solutions.
  • UX/UI/Interaction & responsive design for the upper funnel journeys and supporting CMS
  • Framing and articulating MOO customers' problems and needs, and onboarding others to what they are and how to solve them
  • Running / participating in discovery activities in order to define the problem space, and formulate and validate hypotheses on how to achieve a desired outcome
  • Collaborating with other members of the crew to define what to build next
  • Creating prototypes for testing and to win stakeholder buy in to your solutions
  • Planning and executing summative user research (with the help of the research team if necessary)
  • Delivering experiences that perform commercially and bring users closer to their desired state
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the user experience on moo.com
  • Using a design system approach and contributing to our internal design library`
About you

MOO Who?
We set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 500-strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Providence and Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO. And we're still growing! That's where you come in.
What's it like to work at MOO?
MOO's the kind of workplace where you can really be yourself. Dye your hair purple. Hit the sofa with your laptop. Whatever helps you feel comfortable and happy at work. We want to help you grow in your career and set you up for success - while also recognising the importance of a healthy work/life balance.
That's why we offer flexible hours, a matched pension scheme, MOO's share option scheme, paid parental leave and generous a holiday allowance. We'll offer you private healthcare, life insurance, a season ticket loan, subsidised gym membership and a cycle to work scheme. Finally, we'll treat you to breakfast and fresh fruit every day, lunch on Fridays and all the ice cream you can eat (just watch for the brain freeze).
Inclusion & Diversity
We are working hard to create a representative, inclusive and super-friendly team, because we know that different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds make for a better workplace. And that creates a better experience for our customers. MOO doesn't discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion or belief, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or any other protected class.
